I work in a 4th grade classroom and have just included "community circle" into weekly schedules. It is a time for the students so say anything in a nonthreatening environment to the teacher, to other students and just express themselves when usually they wouldn't have the chance. Now they are more inclined to ask when we are having another circle. They look forward to it and we are slowly building the classroom environment.
